SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Soldier

Two days of intense work for a CGT course yielded this... a cutting edge military suit with all kinds of nanotechnology built in- chamo, super jumping boots, hardening fabrics, bullet-proof, etc. Heavily influenced by Splinter Cell and Half Life. I almost went insane making this, and the anatomy and proportions are all whacked. I'm happiest with the lighting. Yes, the image has been compressed into all of its craptacular jpeg-ed-ness, so don't mind the compression artifacts. Photoshop from scratch, 2005.
